Every ABConvert plan can be billed yearly instead of monthly. An annual plan costs 10 times the monthly price, so you get two months free. Annual plans have no overage charges.

Annual pricing

Annual plans include the same features and support as the monthly plan of the same name. See Pricing Plans for what each plan includes.
Annual plans include the same 14-day free trial as monthly plans (except Unlimited). Your annual term and your first yearly charge start when the trial ends.

How included orders work on an annual plan

You pay once a year, but your billable orders are counted month by month. Each month of your annual term includes your plan’s monthly number of billable orders. For example, Growth includes 5,000 billable orders every month.
  • Included orders reset at the start of each month of your term.
  • Unused included orders don’t carry over to the next month.
  • A billable order is counted the same way as on monthly plans. See Billing usage and overage.
You can see this month’s billable orders, your included orders, and any added orders on the Billing page.

When you run out of orders in a month

Annual plans are never charged overage. When you’ve used all of this month’s included orders and any orders you’ve added:
  • Tests that are already running keep running and keep recording results, at no extra charge.
  • You can’t start or resume tests until one of these happens:
    • The next month of your term begins and your included orders reset.
    • You add orders.
    • You upgrade to a plan with more included orders.
Ending, pausing, and archiving tests always work.

Changing your plan

  • Upgrading (to a higher annual plan) applies right away. Shopify credits the unused part of your current plan toward the new one. The higher monthly allowance applies from the next month of your term.
  • Downgrading (to a lower annual plan, or from annual to monthly) takes effect when your current annual term ends. Until then you keep your current plan. The Billing page shows the scheduled change.
Orders you’ve added keep their original expiry date when you change plans. If you move from annual to monthly, they’re used before any overage is charged.

Cancelling an annual plan

When you cancel, you keep access until your annual term ends. Orders you’ve added stay usable until they expire. See the refund policy for refunds. If you uninstall ABConvert, access ends right away and any added orders you haven’t used are removed. If you reinstall and choose a plan again, we restore them, except for any that would have expired by then.
