Adding orders is available on annual plans only. On monthly plans, billable orders above your plan limit are charged as overage, up to your plan’s overage cap.
Pack prices
A pack costs the same as the monthly plan’s overage rate for 1,000 orders. You can buy 1 to 10 packs at a time.
Adding orders isn’t available on monthly plans, on Unlimited (it has no order limit), on custom plans, on legacy plans, during a free trial, or after you’ve cancelled your plan.
How to add orders

Open Additional usage
Open the Billing page and find Additional usage.

Choose an amount
Choose how many orders to add, then select Add orders.

Confirm the total
Check the total, then select Continue to Shopify.

Approve in Shopify
Approve the charge in Shopify.
If you don’t approve the charge in Shopify within 48 hours, the purchase is cancelled and nothing is charged.
How added orders are used
Each month, ABConvert uses your plan’s included orders first, then orders you’ve added, oldest first. Added orders let you keep starting and resuming tests after the month’s included orders run out. Tests that are already running keep running either way. See Annual plans.When added orders expire
Added orders expire 30 days after your current annual term ends, whenever in the term you bought them. For example, if your term ends on November 1, 2027, every pack you buy during that term expires on December 1, 2027. Unused added orders carry over from month to month until they expire. Unused added orders are removed when you uninstall. If you reinstall and choose a plan again, we restore them, except for any that would have expired by then.
